THE URBAN LEGENDS UNIVERSE
In 2003, the Chrono-Transit Program (CTP), a privately funded technology concern, attempted time travel. That attempt failed, violently separating the city of Michigan from the rest of the United States. As a result, all attempts at time travel have been outlawed. But the seeds of that labor bore bitter fruit. Technologies that were created for the CTP have been weaponized and are in use around the world. The NATO-sponsored covert division H.O.U.R. (Hazardous Operations and Undercover Reconnaissance), which monitors and police the world's super-human element, is now tasked to track down the rampant CTP Chrono-Transit technology before unstoppable, catastrophic events occur.

The goal of Urban Legends Media is to create exciting, stimulating, mainstream intellectual properties (IP) and execute them as comic books that have a distinct appeal to today's young, diverse entertainment enthusiast, whose needs are not being met by the comic book industry in general or market leaders Marvel and DC in particular.
